Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nevora mobile application, associated services, websites, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Nevora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AI and Nutrition Accuracy

Food recognition systems, serving-size estimates, nutritional analysis, barcode lookups, ingredient interpretation, AI-generated summaries, wellness scores, daily reports, recommendations, and other AI-powered outputs are estimates only.

These features may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incomplete information, or outdated nutritional data.

Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing and evaluating any information generated by the Service before relying upon it.

Exported Reports and AI Content

Daily reports, wellness insights, nutrition summaries, AI-generated analyses, exported documents, recommendations, scores, charts, and similar outputs generated by Nevora are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

These outputs should not be interpreted as medical advice, clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or professional healthcare guidance.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Nothing within Nevora constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency guidance.

Users should consult appropriately qualified healthcare professionals before making significant decisions relating to diet, medication, supplements, exercise, fasting, weight management, or any other health-related matter.

Subscriptions

Nevora offers subscription plans with pricing displayed through the Apple App Store prior to purchase.

Pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, and applicable App Store policies.

By submitting content, users grant Nevora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, analyse, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Users confirm they have all necessary rights to upload submitted content and agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability and availability, Nevora does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free operation.

Changes to the Service

Nevora may introduce new features, modify existing functionality, suspend certain features, or discontinue portions of the Service where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, security, or commercial reasons.

Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nevora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from:

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made using information provided through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

Nevora reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts where reasonably necessary for operational integrity, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of their account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

Nevora may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or business operations.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the application or through another appropriate notification method.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
